MB Controls has been primarily serving the glass industry since 2001. Mike Biles, an electrical engineer, started the company after working in the glass industry for 18 years. During the first few years, the company specialized in Industrial Automation and Controls Systems. Realizing the need to provide customers with a "turn-key" alternative, MB Controls expanded to include manufacturing design and manufacturing of equipment.
Our company is versatile and committed to helping customers with everything from their smallest concerns to their largest projects. We have the expertise and the ability to successfully manage and execute multiple, large coinciding projects, alongside mass production of equipment. We are also well known for our excellent customer service, which includes meeting our customers' deadlines.
MB Controls' two departments with multiple divisions, allow us to provide specialized service so that we fully understand our customers' needs and provide the detailed attention required for successful projects. Our engineering area includes electrical, mechanical, and field service engineering teams.
Our experienced manufacturing/fabrication staff complete seventy to eighty percent of all our mechanical fabrication in-house, and all of the controls fabrication, assembly, and commissioning are completed by MB Controls staff.
It is our goal to have a “good match” with each of our customers. Once selected as a contractor, we always maintain a priority status with each project, ensuring services received in the future, are as good as the first day on the project.
